The Banner of Honor Project is a yearly project. Applications for the 2023-2024 Banners will be available at Leavenworth Main Street office, 416 Cherokee, June 2023. We have 51 banners spaces available on Delaware Street. Banners hang for one calendar year beginning, November 11, until the week for November 11 the following year. If you are interested in commissioning a banner for your veteran please contact the Leavenworth Main Street Office, 913-682-3924 We have begun an interest list for the 2023-2024 Banners. Those on the interest list will be contacted June of 2023.
